Students who have completed an admissions application can review their financial aid status and award offersÌýby logging into theirÌý.
Barton's Financial Aid Office offersÌýan online system for making appointments with our Financial Aid Officers. When you schedule your first appointment using the online system, you will be required to set up an account by creating a username and password. You may use this username and password for checking appointment information and for making future appointments. The office in which you are scheduling the appointment will initiate a phone call to you at the appointment time you choose unless youÌý specify you would likeÌýto meet in person or through Zoom. Important Federal Financial Aid Priority Deadline Dates
For the Fall term - All requested documents must be received by Barton’s Financial Aid Office byÌýJuly 1 in order for your financial aid eligibility to be reviewed prior to the start of classes. Failure to have all requested documents submitted by this date may result in you having to make payment arrangements.
For the Spring term - All requested documents must be received by Barton’s Financial Aid Office byÌýNov 1 in order for your financial aid eligibility to be reviewed prior to the start of classes. For the SummerÌýtermÌý- All requested documents must be received by Barton’s Financial Aid Office byÌýApril 1 in order for your financial aid eligibility to be reviewed prior to the start of classes.
