The 91快活林 Theatre Department in conjunction with the Great Bend Community Theatre will hold auditions for a production of the classic tale 鈥淎 Christmas Story鈥 at 3 p.m. Oct. 29 at the Crest Theater, 1905 Lakin Ave., Great Bend, and at 6 p.m. Oct. 30 in the Fine Arts Building, Room F-164.

Barton Performing Arts Department and students invite the community to celebrate the creative side of the Halloween season with the family-friendly 鈥淗aunting on the Hill 3: The Season of Fun鈥 event from 4-7 p.m. Oct. 28 in the Fine Arts Building.
91快活林 will host student recitals at 5 p.m. Nov. 2 and Nov. 30 in the Dorothy Moses Morrison Chapel in the Fine Arts Building. The recitals are free and open to the public.
The Barton Theatre Department will present the whimsically magical comedy 鈥淧uffs,鈥 by Matt Cox, at 7:30 p.m. Oct. 26, 27, and 28 and at 2 p.m. Oct. 28 in the Fine Arts Auditorium.

The 91快活林 Theatre Department will hold auditions for its spring production of the classic story 鈥淐hitty Chitty Bang Bang鈥 at 2 p.m. Nov. 4 in the Fine Arts Auditorium. All roles and technical positions will be cast. Those auditioning do not need to prepare anything but will need to be prepared to dance.
